Shades for protection. Ironically, I don't really use them, I just stare at them as they sit on my dresser. I simply like them cos they look vintage :)

I'm obsessed with "The Glass Heart" by Sally Gardner, I'm especially drawn to the illustration, not to mention it is nothing short of a fairy tale story. Expect an abounding sigh too as you leaf through it. (It's a children's book by the way). I used to love pearls and gold but now I think dainty doesn't fit me well anymore.

How could anyone possibly resist happiness in a bottle?...I just can't help but paint life onto those dead skins (aka nails) with these colors!
